KW HLS (Hydraulic Lift System)
With KW HLS, obstacles such as car park entrances, speed blockers and ledges on the road surface are no problem anymore for lowered vehicles or cars with a low ground clearance. The system allows lifting the automobile up to 45 mm.
Depending on the car type and model, KW HLS is either available as a vehicle-specific solution or an individual modification kit.
HLS is available in two different versions: HLS 2 which is fitted to the front axle and HLS 4 which can additionally be attached to the rear axle and allows lifting the entire vehicle.
The hydraulic cylinder unit is assembled at the coilover suspension between spring plate and spring. The advantage of a hydraulic system is that there is no compression (motion) of the extended cylinder unit (no unwanted additional suspension) while driving.

KW HLS VEHICLE-SPECIFIC
The innovative technology is also available as a VEHICLE-SPECIFIC solution for sports cars such as Porsche 911, Audi R8, Chrysler Viper, Audi S5, Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari, etc.
On the one hand, the HLS can be installed in addition to a KW coilover suspension. On the other hand, KW offers an entire HLS solution as a modification kit for serial coilover suspensions which include springs and a hydraulic unit.

KW HLS INDIVIDUAL KIT
For extremely lowered tuning cars, there is a universal HLS INDIVIDUAL KIT available. Therefore, KW HLS can not only be used for the high-end sports cars, but also all other automobiles: Audi A4, Fiat Punto, VW Golf, Passat, Scirocco, just to name a few
The KW HLS INDIVIDUAL KIT is fitted in combination with a coilover suspension. The hydraulic cylinder unit is fitted at the coilover spring struts between spring plate and spring. The HLS cylinder can be fitted to all coilover suspensions for spring systems with a 60 or 61 mm inner diameter. The necessary space for the cylinder unit is 65 mm, if needed this can also be achieved by using shorter springs.
