FMINTMAZ Forge Uprated Intercooler Kit for Mazda 3 mk1

A complete kit for the Mazda 3 MPS (or Mazdaspeed) including alloy hard pipes,silicone hoses, clamps, fittings and a high performance front mounting intercooler, togehter with detailed full colour fitting instructions. The standard intercooler suffers with heatsoak after sitting in traffic and has a slow recovery rate after high engine speed due to its location. Our front mount intercooler allows the intercooler to be permanently cooled by a good flow of cold air, whilst not adding any additional lag. Spool-up remains as quick as with the top mount, but with the added benefit of more torque through the mid-range (over 20ft/lb increase on our car from 3000-5500rpm) and a useful gain in power too (our car made over 10bhp from 3000-5500rpm) with no other modifications.
