Intercooler kit for Seat Ibiza 100 & 130 pd 1.9 Tdi

We have chosen a double pass type system, which we believe to be the most efficient design for the application. Inlet and outlet pipes of intercooler are 57mm O/D, also pipe kit is 57mm O/D. Size of core is 500x320x60. Our core choice is extremely important, we currently use brazed type cores which provide excellent dissipation of heat and significant advance in power and torque providing much improved drivability. Our intercooler conversions are front mount design incorporating aluminium pipe work silicone hoses, clips and brackets. Our conversions can not only be fitted to standard manifolds and standard turbocharger systems, but also to our modified Allard parts, i.e. turbo’s and large bore inlet manifolds. This particular intercooler conversion is designed to fit in conjunction with an original (stock) or uprated turbocharger. pipes, silicone hoses and clips are all incorporated within kit. Bumper should not require any cutting forcing to fit (unless intercooler fitted incorrectly). Intercooler is held in place to four mounting points, two on lower panel, fastened with two captured nuts in plastic radiator cowling, two at top of intercooler panel fastened by additional brackets.
