LOBA TTRS / RS3 2.5 TFSI LO500P Sport turbocharger upgrade

We take a factory brand new OE BorgWarner turbocharger and optimize with 5-AXIS CNC machining processes to reduce back pressure, we port match the exhaust runners to maximize throughput, utilize the latest new improved V3 LO-3171 LOBA Motorsport billet compressor unique in design, geometry and size, and also use a larger turbine wheel that we clip to reduce back pressure, then fit a reinforced axial bearing for the very best compromise between power output, longevity and turbo response. LO500P delivers powerful, refined consistent performance.

The following LOBA specific optimizations were applied

• NEW V3 state-of-the-art LO-3171“Extended Tip” billet compressor wheel (even faster response)
• 5-axis CNC re-profiled compressor housing and backplate
• 5-axis CNC machined exhaust manifold
• special clipped turbine wheel
• optimized clearances
• modified actuator
• uprated bearing
• precision balancing of individual components and CHRA

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized this turbo is capable of producing more than 500 PS

This turbocharger uses LOBA Motorsport own unique billet aluminuim compressor wheel, this compressor offers much greater strengh and durabilty over cast compressors.

LOBA Motorsport billet compressor wheels are 25% lighter than original used cast items for unmatched response.
