MTC Motorsport Turbo Muffler Delete 2.0 TFSI.

They are machined from a single piece of billet aluminium and then anodised in black.

This will fit the following models perfectly with the 1.8 and 2.0 TFSI engines. Engine code EA888 only.

The IHI turbocharger bolted to your engine is equipped with a turbo muffler at the compressor outlet. This is designed to reduce noise from the turbocharger by using two holes cut into the side walls that create chambers. The turbulence in the chambers cause the exiting air to produce back pressure which negatively affects performance and response.

Massive improvement to the response and torque with just installing this, we have also seen some surprising power gains with just this installed.

Great bit of kit for very little compared to other brands and takes a few minutes to fit.
