MD555 Subaru Impreza 2.0T & 2.5T Hybrid Turbo 475hp
These turbochargers are for retrofit and require modifications to fit the unit (see notes) and are designed to replace the standard IHI VF Turbocharger on the 2 litre and 2.5 litre engine utilizing the existing
manifold flange and downpipe requirements – locating the stock turbocharger position.
• Specially designed turbine housing to replicate exacting tolerances of original IHI housings along with
improved air flow for better spool and power figures,
• Garrett “Ballistic Concepts” dual ball bearing CHRA,
• Garrett 60 a/r compressor cover with modified 76mm inlet to fit OE Subaru intake pipe (different inlet sizes availablesee
options),
• Zircotec Thermal Barrier ceramic coating (white) as standard to reduce underbonnet temperatures and minimise
performance loss,
• 1.0 bar actuator fitted as standard (different pressures available – see options),
• Turbocharger fully blueprinted to motorsport standards.
• Recommended maximum boost level is 28-30 P.S.I.
Notes:- Requires 76mm inlet pipe to compressor cover, modified oil inlet pipe, oil drain pipe and water cooling pipes.
